APPOINTMENTS ARE CHANGING! NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FROM 1/7/2025

We are changing our appointment system from the 1st of July 2025!

Middleton Lodge will be moving to a total triage system this year to improve the access and quality for our patients.  This will change how patients access an appointment.   Patients will now be asked to submit our online triage tool which will then be reviewed/assessed by a clinician before an appointment may be offered.

This system will ensure that patient needs are assessed by an appropriate member of staff.  The forms can be submitted directly through our website on the link at the top of this page or via this hyperlink – AccuRX patient triage FAQs – Middleton Lodge Practice

If you are not able to submit an online form our reception team will go through the form with you over the telephone.  This service will replace our current online booking and messaging service via SystmOne online.  Patients may still contact us online via the new triage system.

Our Practice Manager, Arron Darrall, will be holding PPG (Patient Participation Group) meetings to present the new system and answer questions relating to the service on the following dates for any and all patients that wish to attend:

6th June 18:00hrs at the surgery

13th June 18:00hrs at the surgery

20th June 18:00hrs at the surgery

27th June 18:00hrs at the surgery
