Newark and Sherwood Clinical Commissioning group consists of several practices that include, Sherwood Medical Partnership, Abbey Medical Group, Hill View Practice, Rainworth Medical Centre, Bilsthorpe Practice, Middleton Lodge Practice and Major Oak Practice.
The appointments are available to book through your own GP surgery and the appointments will be available at Crown Medical Centre, Clipstone and also The Abbey Medical Group, Blidworth. Appointments are 15 minutes long.
Should the GP wish to request further investigations or a referral, the information will be passed back to your usual GP practice. For this reason patients will be asked to give consent to share their medical records. This is to allow full access in the appointment and to enable information to be shared where necessary.
Extended GP access service is accessible 7 days per week. If you require an appointment on a Sunday please enquire with the reception team.
